Does the EU AI Act allow emotion recognition in the workplace?

No — emotion recognition in workplaces and educational institutions is classified as a prohibited AI practice under the EU AI Act, with narrow medical and safety exceptions:

1. Placing on the market or use of AI systems to infer emotions at work or in schools is prohibited AI Act art. 5(1)(f)

2. Exception only where deployment is strictly necessary for medical or safety reasons AI Act art. 5(1)(f)

Does the AI hallucinate? Where do the citations come from?

Every answer is grounded in a specific document in our library (GDPR article, EDPB guideline, AI Act provision, national DPA decision). We show the source inline. If the AI can't find a citation, it says it doesn't know — it does not invent.

Where is my data hosted?

Servers in the EU (Frankfurt). GDPR-compliant, no transfer to the US. Full data processing agreement available during the pilot.

Does the AI train on my data?

No. Your documents and prompts are not used to train the model. We use Anthropic and Hugging Face under data processing agreements that disable training on customer data.

Which sources do you actually monitor?
